Description

Created by Native American artist Mike McLeod, Bad River Band Chippewa, he hand paints a woodlands design. It’s an image also used on parfleche storage boxes.

Mike uses a commercially tanned deer hide, he paints on the sueded side. Mike freehand draws the design and then paints with acrylic paints.

He finishes the piece with brass conchos, glass beads and metal cones. The piece is signed by the artist.
