Description
Created by non-Native American artist Dan Chapman, this hand painted buffalo skull features the tracks of the buffalo, a very important image to the Native American culture.
Traditionally, the buffalo track design was used to represent the spirit of this great creature, the mainstay of the Plains Indian people. The imitation eagle feathers hanging from the brown wool drops represent the Golden Eagle, the most esteemed of all the birds in the Northern Plains.
