This Pendleton blanket is inspired by the powerful waters of Fossil Springs in Arizona’s Coconino National Forest where the water of the 1,600ft deep canyon creates deposits of travertine limestone resulting in forming fossils which the area’s name originates.  The center pattern of the blanket represents the springs surging to the surface, flowing out to fuel the wild waters of Fossil Creek.
