Description

Created by local Lakota artist Jim Little Wounded, Mnicojou Lakota Nation, he uses imitation eagle feathers, real ermines, glass beads and wool cloth for the headdress.

Jim adds a painted parfleche carrying case meant for the headdress. It’s made from deer rawhide painted with acrylic paints, he finishes with long leather thongs.
