Native American artist Mike McLeod, Bad River Band Chippewa, hand paints this skull with red on one side and yellow on the other, the element created here is Hail.

Mike paints the skull with acrylic paint and covers each side with colored leather dots. He hangs red wall trade cloth from the horn base and adds imitation eagle feathers.
