September marks the start of a new school year...and for many teachers of Native American Studies, this time of the year may also mark an intense search to find credible resources and good materials for their Native culture and history courses, Lakota language classes, art studios, or dance clubs.

Books & Music
From Native myths and legends, historical texts, or art, craft, and how to guides, our bookstore features a medley of books, music, and movies devoted to the history, culture, and art of the Plains Indians; we also carry an extensive collection of Lakota language books and CDs.

Craft Supplies
We carry a large selection of unique craft supplies, including a range of Czech and Venetian glass beads, beading supplies, fringe, trade cloth, and decorative shells, as well as commercially tanned hides and leathers, rawhide, and horse hair.

Book Fairs & Special Events
Throughout the school year, we love to travel! We make visits to area schools and attend Book Fairs and Special Events with our Bead & Book Mobile. We'll bring books, music DVDs, beads, craft supplies, and botanicals (or anything else you may want to feature from our store).

Special Orders
If we don't have it, we will get it - we will also special order any book (not out of print) for your school.
