Using colored pencil and ink, Native American artist Lorri Ann Two Bulls, has rendered a depiction of Wanbli Iyanke (Running Eagle), a woman whose name was found on a Pine Ridge, SD census roll. The image is drawn on an 1894 tax document from Stanley Co., SD and is framed with conservation mats and glass.
