An amazing piece of art by local Mnicoujou Lakota artist Jim Little Wounded. He adds a 3 dimensional Spirit Buffalo Hunter the the front of the shield, he uses glass beads wrapped around a soft body, buffalo hair, little horns and mini metal bells.

Jim finishes the rest of the shield with hand painted images of Buffalo and Hunter, imitation eagle feathers and one small medicine bundle.
