Local Sicangu Lakota Oyate member Evans Flammond, free hand paints this stunning portrait of a serene scene of 4 eagles flying high above the painted lodge.

Evans uses acrylic paint on a commercially tanned deer hide. He hangs his artwork from a decorated wooden rod with leather dangles featuring glass and metal beads.
