Description

Description

Also known as the Wiley Wapiti, Elk are a magnificent animal to watch. Just like their mammal friend the Bison, they exist in the wild as they have been for thousands of years.

Local Sicangu Lakota artist Evans Flammond Sr. displays his free hand drawing with ink and acrylic paint. This monochrome style is his preferred style of art on a commercially tanned deer hide. Evans adds a decorated hanger for easy display.

The piece is singed by the artist.
