Oglala Lakota artist Kevin Fast Horse Sr., uses natural commercially tanned leather to create the knife sheath and hand beads the geometric as well as small tipi design against a forest green background.  He also accents it with fringe and loop for a belt to go through.  Kevin finishes the knife sheath by signing the piece.
