I am from Red Shirt Table, located on the far north west of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Lakota maiden ledger drawings are created and titled using the names listed in the actual U.S. Indian Census Rolls, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Each is spelled *as written* on the documents. My goal is to bring the names back to life, and give each maiden their own distant gaze.
