A beautiful depiction of an Oglala Lakota woman, Wowaste Win (Good Voice Woman), whose name appears on a census roll from Pine Ridge, SD. Artist, Lorri Ann Two Bulls, is herself enrolled in the Lakota Sioux tribe. Her family is from Red Shirt Table on the Pine Ridge Reservation. She has done this ledger art rendering using colored pencil and ink on an 1894 tax levy document from Stanley Co., SD.
