Cheyenne River Sioux Nation member Delilah McPherson hand sews her entire quilt using cotton material. She learned out of a necessity to provide baby quilts for her own children.

Delilah says you can machine wash her baby quilts with mild detergent on a gentle setting, hang to dry and then fluff on the lowest setting of your dryer.
