Created by local Lakota quilt maker Delilah McPherson, Mnicoujou Lakota Nation, she hand stitches her baby quilts using colors that some Nations revere as sacred.

She uses cotton material and says you can machine wash but please hang to dry. She says once they are dry shake them out and it's ready to go. Delilah says, "If you want to fluff, use the lowest setting on your dryer for a few minutes."
