Local Sicangu Lakota artist Evans Flammond Sr. hand paints this commercially tanned deer hide with acrylic paints. He paints his signature design of singing horses under a beautiful Blue Moon.

Evans hangs the painted deer hide from a decorated stick, the stick features leather dangles with glass and metal beads. He adds a geometric design, two soaring eagles and a red sun. The piece is signed by the artist.
