Oglala Lakota artist Kevin Fast Horse Sr., uses a commercially tanned chocolate brown leather to create this particular medicine bag.  He hand beads a brown and white geometric design against a light blue background and accents the bag with tassel ties, beads, and fringe at the bottom.  The piece is also signed by Kevin.
