Oglala Lakota Nation member Kevin Fast Horse Sr. hand beads with old stock glass Italian beads, these are the same beads his ancestors traded for. He attaches his beadwork to commercially tanned deer leather.

Kevin decorates the bag with abalone shells, glass and metal bead leather dangles and long fringe at the bottom of the bag. He decorates the flap closure of the bag to help hold it down and lines the inside of the bag with felt. The actual bag area measures 9 1/2 inches tall by 7 inches wide. The piece is signed by the artist.
