This medicine bag is hand made by Oglala Lakota artist Kevin Fast Horse. He uses dyed commercially tanned red leather to make the bag and decorates it with tiny cow bells as well as Czech beads in yellow, topaz, green, orange, and black to create the turtle design.  The piece is signed by Kevin.
