Created by hand, Caroline Ravenshead, Oglala Lakota Nation, is young but very skilled with glass beads and dyed porcupine quills. The details of this classic style of bag can be described as neat and tidy. 

The bag features a decorated flap, the silver concho is weighty enough to help hold the flap closed. Caroline finishes the bag with tiny glass beads along the edges, small brass discs and long leather fringe at the bottom of the bag. The actual useable area of the bag measure 6 inches long by 4 inches wide.
