This hand made belt buckle is created by Leonard Good Bear (Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe).  He uses turquoise blue, red, yellow, white, and black beads to create the design.  He also accents it the porcupine quills, sturdy leather, and metal clasp.  The buckle is signed by Leonard.
