Size 12 turquoise Venetian glass seed beads in an opaque finish. Available in 1 ounce quantities.

This smaller vintage Italian bead has a completely lenticular shape, and the slight irregularities denote hand-manufacture in the glass workshops in Murano, Italy. The color is a very consistent dark turquoise akin to the older "Bodmer blue" so prevalent in the early 19th century on the northern and central plains. This is really a nice color from our collection and the shape and size are also exemplary.
