Size 12 blue-violet Venetian glass seed beads in an opaque finish. Available in 1 ounce quantities.

This small vintage Italian bead has a very strong dark blue color value with a slight luminosity in spite of the opacity of the original mix. It's an excellent choice for period-correct 19th century Northern and Central Plains beadwork. The color is very consistent and the shape is more consistent that some Italian examples.
