Native American Hand Painted Small Tipi Wrap: Chasing The Enemy
Hand painted by Native American artist Jim Little Wounded, you can feel the thunder of hooves as the warriors chase the enemy. Tipi’s were painted by respected members.
Jim starts with a large hide that he cuts into the shape of a tipi wrap. He paints the hide with acrylic paint and stain. He adds leather dangles and a quill wrapped with tin cone and dyed horse hair dangles. Jim attaches one buffalo hair amulet at the top of the wrap.
The piece is signed by the artist.
