Native American beadwork artist Emilie Ravenshead uses hand cut glass Italian beads, smoked deer leather and calico material. She re-creates a historical style of bag that is used by Plains Indian women.
Emilie uses the same color combination on all three sides but changes up the sequence of the colors, such a great talent for color and style. She adds the calico material to the top of the bag and then finishes the decoration of the bag with soft leather fringe. The actual bag measures 7 inches long by 3 inches wide.
Length 16 | Width 3 1/2 | Deep 3 1/2 inches
Length is measured from the top of the bag to the bottom of the leather tail.
