Oglala Lakota artist Brenda DuBray uses her skills to create this beautiful tipi bag. She hand beads the bag with glass beads and embellishes with metal spots.
Brenda attaches her beadwork to commercially tanned deer hides that have been cut and shaped into a bag. Brenda finishes the bag with leather dangles that feature metal beads and cones, three beaded discs that help to hold the flap closed and colored horse hair tufts with metal cones and bone discs.
