Native American artist Kevin Fast Horse Sr., honors the Buffalo or Tatanka which has provided everything the Plains Indians needed to survive for thousands of years.
Kevin uses a commercially prepared buffalo skull, it is ready to hang. He leaves the horn covers natural and rugged, he adds beaded rings at the base of the horn covers.
Kevin attaches a beaded mask to the front of the skull. He uses hand cut glass Italian beads. He finishes the mask with small metal bells. Kevin finishes the decoration of the skull with two imitation eagle feathers that are leather wrapped.
The piece is signed by the artist.
