Native American Hand Beaded Axe: Orchid & Turquoise Geo w/ Wolverine Paw Tail

This hand-forged bladed axe was beaded by Oglala Lakota Nation member Kevin Fast Horse Sr., he used glass beads to make the geometric and wolverine paw design.  He also decorated the axe with buffalo hair, brass beads and wrapped the handle with commercially tanned leather. Kevin finishes the piece by signing it on the fringed tail.
