Hand Beaded & Quilled Horse Mask: Blue & Red Combination

This particular horse mask is hand made with a combination of leather and intricate beadwork and quillwork in shades of red, blue, purple, and yellow by Oglala Lakota artist Caroline Ravenshead.  Caroline also decorates the horse mask with small sleigh bells and imitation eagle feathers.
