Created by hand, local Lakota artist J.J. Little Wounded, Cheyenne River Sioux Nation. JJ uses a title shell attached to a wooden handle, he decorates the piece with glass beads, leather wrap and adds a leather thong decorated with metal and glass beads.

JJ adds buffalo fur, metal cone with fluff attached and covers the edge of the shell with rawhide.
