Jingle Cones

These jingle cones are pre-rolled, available in silver or gold, and are great for your best jingle dress!  Also available in child and adult sizes where each package contains 100 jingle cones.
You'll want about 100 lids to make a girl's jingle dress, or about 300 for a woman's. These were originally made from "chew" or snuff can lids, hence the name "jingle lids".
