German Tanned Deer Hide (Leather): White

A great alternative to working with brain tanned hide (leather), German Tanned buckskin is perfect for beadwork - needles easily pass through the hide (or "nick" it if you're using lazy stitch).

This tanned hide (leather) is a wonderful light (considered white) color and sueded on both sides. The hides can be larger (a little over 20 square feet, if available) and perfect for dresses, leggings, shirts, moccasins, and pipebags. The hides are #1 or #2 with two having more scars and discoloration.
