Print: The Buffalo People

One of the the many sacred myths, Buffalo Woman tells the story of the mystical relationship between the Native American hunters and the buffalo. Paul Goble has created the print, "The Buffalo People" for that story.

Long ago, the two legged people and the Buffalo Nation shared the Great Plains. The Buffalo Nation sent their daughter, Buffalo Woman, to marry a two legged...their son was called Calf Boy. Image from the book, "Buffalo Woman".

Note: All Paul Goble poster prints are published to museum quality standards using fade-resistant inks on 80# Ikonofix Dull Cover acid-free paper stock. The paper contains 50% recycled material. Listed in the copy, under each poster, is the book in which the illustration originates.
