I love this print! The Church has done a lot of work to involve native practices and culture into Christianity. Language and Icons in a person's own culture is some of the best use of syncretism. It honors tradition and the individual as well as mutual belief systems. I have other works from the Sioux Trading post in this vernacular. My previous purchase was a native Father, Son and Holy Ghost also by Fr. Guliani. Thank you!
