Description

Created exclusively for the American Indian College Fund, a nonprofit organization that helps fund scholarships for Native American students and tribal colleges. Your purchase of this USA-made blanket helps support their honorable mission.

This particular blanket is representative of Edward S. Curtis where he created an invaluable photographic and written record of every major Indian tribe west of the Mississippi.  In addition, it’s a tribute to the man, and is inspired by a design captured in on elf Curtis’s photos.  The Navajo Water design incorporates classic cultural elements like the sawtooth lines of the eye-dazzler pattern and the dragonfly that symbolizes the life-giving gift of water.
