Oglala Lakota artist Kevin Fast Horse Sr., uses a commercially tanned and dyed green leather to create this particular tobacco bag.  He hand beads a yellow butterfly against a black background and accents the bag with tassel ties and fringe at the bottom.  The piece is also signed by Kevin.
