Native American artist Thomas Ridley, Ute Mountain Ute Nation of Colorado, hand paints and decorates this shield to honor the Blessing. Thomas is filled with blessings from all around him, and he’s grateful for all he has.

Thomas paints a rawhide disc with acrylic paint, he adds a wool cloth wrapped imitation eagle feathers. The center of the shield is further decorated with red wool cloth strip, metal bells and glass beads. 

Length 32 | Width 21 | Deep 2 inches
Length is measured from the top of the shield to the bottom of the hanging feathers.
