Native American Hand Painted Buffalo Skull: Vietnam Honoring
Native American artist and military veteran Mike McLeod, Bad River Band Chippewa, hand paints this skull to commemorate the service of the men and women who served during the Vietnam War.
Mike paints the signature colors of the ribbon worn by veterans who served during the conflict, he leaves the horn covers unfinished. Mike finishes the decorations with glass beadwork, leather fringe, red wool cloth and imitation eagle feathers.
