Description
Native American artist Thomas Ridley, Ute Mountain Ute Nation of Colorado, paints the rich red color with acrylic paint.
He leaves the horn covers rough but adds decorations to each tip. Thomas hangs wool cloth from the base of each horn that feature imitation feathers. He finishes the skull with a bead wrapped cord separating the forehead from the nasal passages and small leather dots.

Length is measured from the top of the horns to the bottom of the wool strips.
