Native American Hand Made Two Cover Shield: Buffalo Spirit Peeking Out From The Sun
Native American artist Jim Little Wounded, Minneconjou Lakota Nation, hand paints and decorates the soft leather cover that goes over the rawhide disc underneath.
Jim uses deer leather for the soft cover, he paints the cover with acrylic paints. He decorates the cover with glass bead wrapped imitation eagle feathers, a glass bead wrapped buffalo tail and glass beaded buffalo amulet.
The piece is signed by the artist.
