Oglala Lakota artist Kevin Fast Horse Sr., uses natural commercially tanned leather to create the knife sheath and hand beads in aqua, maroon, green, yellow, and brown his signature geometric pattern along with a bear paw on the front.  He also accents it with fringe and loop for a belt to go through.  Kevin finishes the knife sheath by signing the piece.
