Keep Going: The Art of Perseverance - Book
When a young man’s father dies, he turns to his sagacious grandfather for comfort.Together they sit underneath the family’s cottonwood tree, and the grandfather shares his perspective on life, the perseverance it requires, and the pleasure and pain of the journey.

There is a lot of wisdom within the pages of Joseph Marshall III’s book, “Keep Going: The Art of Perseverance”. The way that Marshall III tells the stories paints a heart-felt, genuine picture about the winding and exciting journey we call life. Moreover, this book makes the reader appreciate the light and the goodness in our lives that much more when we face our own shadows and overcome the darkness of bad times.
This particular passage in the book is relatable to all walks of life: “In life there is sadness as well as joy, losing as well as winning, falling as well as standing, hunger as well as plenty, badness as well as goodness. I do not say this to make you despair, but to teach you reality…Life wears two faces and one is no less real than the other. If everything were the same all the time, there would be no variety, no excitement, no balance…But that which gives your journey balance throughout this life also brings difficulty…In the end, it also brings a gift we often do not see.”
Essentially, life is journey we must embrace no matter where our paths may lead!
