Periwinkle Blue Beaded Deer Robe - Front

More Views

Native American Made Periwinkle Blue Beaded Deer Robe

Her beadwork is created using glass Czech beads. She attaches the beaded strip to the center and then beads a box border around the strip. The beaded design at the center is her own stylized 4 directions with lodge designs at the end. The border design incorporates areas of red, orange and periwinkle blue.

Dawn adorns the robe with imitation elk teeth, ermine hides and leather dangles that feature deer hooves and deer antler buttons. The ermine hides are also attached to abalone shells.

The piece is signed by the artist.
